  • Share your concern with a nurse or his/her immediate supervisor. Hopefully we can resolve your problem right then.
  • If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, please dial “0” and ask the operator to page the Administrative Supervisor.

We will address your concern in a timely manner and attempt to resolve your concern efficiently.

You may also submit your grievance directly with the Washington State Department of Health. Their toll free number is 1-800-633-6828.  Medicare patients may call Pro-West (Washington/Idaho) 1-800-445-6941.
