EHS offers 4 different medical plans through PHCO and Premera Blue Cross. Eligibility begins the first of the month following 3 months of employment. We pay for employee's coverage and over 50% of dependent coverage.

• Vacation: Eligible to use after 6 months of employment. Full-time accruals from 80 to 184 hours per year based on longevity. Maximum accrual of 360 hours.
  
• Holidays: Six nationally recognized
  
• Sick Leave: Full-time accrual of 12 days per year, maximum of 576 hours.
  
• Personal Leave: Employees who do not use sick leave during a calendar year have the opportunity to convert unused sick accrual to personal leave hours which can be used like vacation.
  
• Tuition Assistance: Employees may be reimbursed for tuition expenses up to specified annual limitations after completion of 90 day provisional period.
